BIOGRAPHY
Before joining MFDP, Farida was an associate at another local firm where she focused heavily on commercial arbitration and investment treaty arbitration. Her main focus was on the oil and gas, construction, and education industries.
Since joining MFDP, Farida has worked on several M&A transactions in the renewable energy and pharmaceutical industries and has provided general corporate advice to clients in the banking industry with a specific focus on microfinance. She has also conducted several due diligences across a broad range of industries. Further, Farida has worked on multiple matters in connection with companies’ laws relating to their establishment, function and operation.
Farida is in the process of being admitted to the Egyptian Bar Association.
