BIOGRAPHY
Before joining MFDP, Shahd spent time working in British Petroleum, as well as other oil and gas companies in Egypt, where her primary focus was on Concession Agreements. In addition to her legal experience, Shahd founded and ran several philanthropic initiatives; namely an initiative where she ensured that refugees in Maastricht in the Netherlands were well integrated into the local community.
During her time at MFDP, Shahd has worked heavily in the FinTech sphere advising the biggest clients in the field on their agreements and best practices, where she has additionally been seconded to a reputable payment facilitator assuming the role of its internal legal counsel.
Furthermore, she has conducted several due diligences in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries and provided further counsel to up-and-coming MENA companies for their effective establishment and operation in Egypt.
