Farida Al Tarzi is an Associate at MFDP whose practice spans corporate law, M&A, and dispute resolution. Before joining the firm, she practiced at another Egyptian firm, focusing on commercial and investment treaty arbitration in the oil and gas, construction, and education sectors.
Since joining MFDP, Farida has advised on M&A transactions in the renewable energy and pharmaceutical industries, provided general corporate counsel to banking clients with a focus on microfinance, and conducted due diligence across a range of sectors. She also advises companies on matters relating to their establishment, corporate governance, and ongoing operations.
