Farah is a member of the firm’s Corporate and Capital Markets practice. Farah advises corporate entities and regulated financial institutions on a wide range of corporate and capital markets matters, with particular experience in securitization transactions and the establishment of entities regulated by the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA). She has hands-on experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad spectrum of transaction documentation, including information memoranda and related agreements. Prior to joining MFDP, Farah worked for two years in the Capital Markets practice of a top-tier law firm, where she was actively involved in securitization transactions and provided ongoing corporate support to clients. Farah advises on complex legal issues through the preparation of legal opinions and comprehensive legal research, supporting the needs of corporate and regulated financial institution clients. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Cairo University and is admitted to the Egyptian Bar Association.
