Throughout his career, Omar has played a pivotal role in advising on high-profile transactions, including the acquisition of numerous companies. He has successfully led the incorporation and licensing of several entities regulated by the Egyptian Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA), operating in sectors such as Microfinance, FinTech, Consumer Finance, Mortgage Finance, and Venture Capital.
Omar has also managed complex investigations and regulatory filings before competent authorities, supervised the issuance of residence permits for foreign clients, and prepared sophisticated legal opinions on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.
