Hana is a member of the firm’s Corporate and M&A practice. Hana advises corporate entities on a wide range of corporate, commercial, and M&A matters, with a specific focus on renewables, mining, and development projects. She has hands-on experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad spectrum of transaction documentation, including SPAs, SHAs, and related agreements. Her day-to-day work includes handling corporate queries, conducting due diligence, drafting commercial agreements, and advising on general corporate matters. Further, Hana advises on complex legal issues through the preparation of legal opinions and comprehensive legal research, supporting the needs of corporate clients. Prior to joining MFDP, Hana worked for two years in the International Arbitration practice of a top-tier law firm, where she was actively involved in contentious arbitration disputes. Hana holds a Master’s Degree (LL.M.) from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Cairo University. She is admitted to the Egyptian Bar Association.
